ClearFlo System Components
Engineered for Performance. Built for Longevity.
The ClearFlo system by Wilson Walton International is a fully integrated marine growth prevention and corrosion mitigation solution designed to protect seawater systems on ocean-going vessels and offshore rigs. Every component is purpose-built for marine durability, service simplicity, and compliance with global marine standards.
Below is a breakdown of the ClearFlo system’s major components and their functions:

Core System Components
Anode Assemblies
- Copper Anodes (Cu)
Slowly release copper ions into the seawater flow to prevent biofouling (barnacles, mussels, algae). - Aluminum or Ferrous Anodes (Al/Fe)
Release ions that form a protective film on internal piping, preventing galvanic and crevice corrosion. - Materials: High-purity alloys conforming to ASTM and MIL-SPEC standards
- Mounting: Robust steel cofferdam-flanges for sea chest or pipeline installation
- Service Life: Up to five years under standard operating conditions
Control Module & Monitoring System
- Computer Controller
Coordinates system operation, monitors flow, and voltage. - Alerts & Alarms
- Power faults or circuit issues
Global Supply & Support
- Wilson Walton ships ClearFlo components worldwide, with installation guidance, engineering support, and field commissioning services available.
Component Certification & Compliance
- ISO 9001: Quality Assurance
- ABS, DNV, Lloyd’s Register optional approvals
- MIL-SPEC alloy compliance for anode materials
